JUDr. Eva Zarembová (*1946) finished her studies at the Charles Law Faculty in 1969, when she also began work as a judicial trainee at the Regional Court in Brno. She passed the judicial examination in 1971, and a doctorate of law in civil law was conferred upon her in 1979.

She worked as a panel chairwoman of the Municipal Court in Brno until 1982, when she was elected a judge of the Regional Court in Brno. On 1 December 1989 she was appointed a panel chairwoman of the Regional Court in Brno. While she served, both at the Municipal and Regional Courts in Brno, she worked in the field of civil law.

On 9 November 1993 President Václav Havel appointed her a Justice of the Constitutional Court.

She worked as an assistant at the Constitutional Court from 2003 to 2013.
